1. About Us

Operating in Sydney since 2014, we are an online business specializing in bathroom and kitchen supplies, trading as E-RENOVATION PTY LTD, ABN 51 653 496 309. To contact us, visit the Contact Us page.

2. Showrooms or Pick-up place

As an e-commerce business, we do not offer showroom services or pick-up locations. All orders are dispatched by us or a third-party delivery company. In some circumstances, we may arrange for you to pick up or exchange a product directly with a supplier, for example to facilitate an approved exchange or resolve a product issue more quickly. We will provide the relevant details when required.

3. Unexpected Delays and Order Processing

3.1 Unexpected delays

While we aim to ensure delivery within estimated dates, factors such as public holidays, remote locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Some remote addresses may also require collection from a local depot or Australia Post office.

Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 Order processing

Upon placing an order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation.

Due to high demand, items may show as available but later turn out of stock. In such cases, we’ll email you with options:

  1. Cancel out-of-stock items, refund you, and dispatch the rest.
  2. Cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.
  3. Await restocking with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

4. Exchange & Refund

Upon receipt, please inspect your products immediately.

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of the date your order was placed, subject to the conditions in these Terms. This 30-day return policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty or defective products.

A restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect your rights regarding return or collection costs under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  1. Minor variations in product dimensions that are within normal manufacturing tolerances. Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise, and customers should allow for reasonable manufacturing variations.
  2. Minor variations in colour, shade, tone, grain or finish arising from manufacturing batches, natural material variation, lighting, photography or differences in screen/display settings.
  3. Products that have been installed.

These are change-of-mind conditions only and do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4.1 Exchange

4.1.1 Wrong Items Ordered

Contact us as soon as possible if you ordered the wrong item. We may accept an exchange subject to our change-of-mind return conditions, including any applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please provide your order number, name and the correct item you require. If the required item is out of stock, we may offer available alternatives.

4.1.2 Wrong Items We Sent to You

If we send you an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return and replacement. No restocking fee applies, and we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the incorrectly supplied item. If the correct item is unavailable, we will provide a refund.

4.2 Refund

4.2.1 Refundable Situations

Refunds may be provided when we cannot supply products due to our fault, when you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, or in other circumstances agreed by us.

4.2.2 Refund Limitations

Any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction may be deducted from an approved change-of-mind refund, where permitted by law.

Refunds are not available where:

  1. The returned product is not the product supplied by us.
  2. Following inspection, the product is found not to have the fault or defect claimed, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
