Installation notes:
- Do not use offset pan collars/connectors on any toilet suite
- The use of offset pan collards/connectors (even though they may be watermarked) can affect the performance of this product.
- Any issues such as blockages/poor flushing action etc. caused by offset pan connectors are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty:
- 7 year vitreous china warranty against faults in manufacture
- First year parts and labour
- Years 2 to 7 year replacement warranty of parts only against faults in manufacture
- 1 year replacement warranty on wearing parts including seats, hinges and cistern internals
